Getting Started with Qview

The Qview software suite consists of three applications. These run on two servers located safely behind your hospital firewall. Information is stored in two standard SQL-Server databases also located on your hospital’s servers. Qview will pull some information from your hospital HL7 feed, including patient demographics, so when a case is created information does not have to be re-typed into a new system. This also ensures that information in Qview will match what is in your EMR.

Configuration

Working with the Qview team, a set of departments with the appropriate workflow can be set up very quickly. This can range from a single department assigned to track COVID-19 up to a full department hierarchy representing your entire hospital. Choose from both wide-scale standardization and individualization options within each department. Using templates and other tools, information can be rapidly onboarded with the option to further configure as desired.

User Set Up

Qview uses your existing Active Directory system for user authentication and security roles.

Training

Live online training is available. Each session is tailored to a particular category of users such as system administrators, department users, and quality specialists. Additionally, Qview contains a complete set of electronic references, including guides for users, administrators, and standard workflows.

We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. We may disclose your personal information:

a.  to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
b.  in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings;
c.  in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk;
d.  to the purchaser or prospective purchaser of any business or asset that we are selling; and
e.  to any person who we reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of that personal information where, in our reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.
